The latest round of 嫩草影院 Council鈥檚 Strategic Events and Festivals Fund opens for applications on Monday 7 October.
In recognition of the significant economic stimulus that events held in 嫩草影院 bring to the local area, the Strategic Events and Festivals Fund (SEF) is offered to support event organisers add value to their event, and to increase its resilience, sustainability, and growth. The fund is open to events taking place between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026.
Council Leader, Councillor Jim Lynch, said: 鈥淓vents and festivals are very popular in 嫩草影院 and play a vital part in attracting tourists to the area.
鈥淭he Strategic Events and Festivals Fund is always very popular so I would encourage as many event organisers as possible to bid for this funding, particularly for events that will ideally draw in visitors from out with 嫩草影院 - from Scotland, the rest of the UK and overseas.鈥
